Sheets masks… your questions answered

It’s been a while since I’ve done a mask post and I’ve gotten lots of questions… so here’s my answer to one of the questions… “How many days a week do you use masks? How many times would you suggest someone who wants to be able to look in the mirror and say wow I definitely notice a difference”

I use a mask 1 -2 times a week when I’m being good. You will get the best results by exfoliating first. This is a step that most people overlook and it really helps even skin tone and helps with fine lines and wrinkles.

It’s best to steam for 10 minutes before (or you can use a warm washcloth run under hot water wring out and place on face for 30 seconds, repeat 4 times) then exfoliate with a microbead. Here’s 2 that I love.

Target – $8

Ulta – $79

It’s important to use an exfoliator that has round micro beads as opposed to one with edges (like the kind I used when I was younger…. apricot pumice! Cringe😬)

Once you have exfoliated apply a sheet mask. Leave on longer then recommended. Then apply your face cream and eye cream. It’s best to do the mask before bed or when u don’t have to wash your face for a while. This really lets all the hydration set in.

Let me know your questions?  I love hearing from you all!
